Our founding firm (formerly Ken Bryant /DBA/ Intelsec International) was a global full service investigative, security and risk management consultancy and provided asset protection and risk mitigation services exclusively to corporate clientele worldwide. This predecessor firm was last based in the Cayman Islands (we were not associated with an entity by the same name domiciled on Grand Cayman and where we were displaced by Hurricane Ivan in September 2004), the largest offshore financial jurisdiction and the fifth largest financial jurisdiction in the world. Over the past several years and since 2001 (prior to 9/11), the primary focus of the consultancy has been in the area of Regulatory Compliance. To reflect the change in the nature of the firm and the services we provide, we then were operating under the trade name Bryant & Associates. The name change was effective as of January 1, 2005, as the Intelsec International DBA was allowed to sunset in Florida on December 31, 2004.  To reflect the global nature of the firm with a substantial presence overseas and no physical presence in the US,  Bryant & Associates, LLC, was later incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2006.  In January 2013, as the firm declared a physical presence in the US, the Delaware Bryant & Associates entity was converted and incorporated in the State of North Carolina as Bryant Enterprises, LLC.  Bryant & Associates Consulting now operates as a Trade Name and exists as a Division of Bryant Enterprises, LLC, a multi-national holding company.

We value the fact that “compliance is not an option”SM and we believe that one can turn regulatory burden into competitive advantage. We pride ourselves in being a part of that process and making that happen. We also are proud of the fact that we are client driven with a special emphasis on providing quality service in accordance with industry best practice. In most cases, the types of services provided, requests for service, reporting, turnaround time and rate structure can be custom tailored to our clients’ needs.

The Intelsec International DBA was registered with the State of Florida, Secretary of State, Division of Corporations (G99084900060), and expired on December 31, 2004. This predecessor firm was initially established in South Florida in 1987. Prior to relocating to the Cayman Islands, our predecessor was a fully licensed, bonded and insured Investigative (A99-00139) and Security Agency (B99-00064) in the State of Florida. Mr. Bryant was licensed by the State of Florida as a Private Investigator (C89-00955), Security and Investigative Agency Manager (M99-00010), and Statewide Firearm License holder (G94-02130). During the period of licensure, all licenses were in good standing and there was no record of complaints received, or disciplinary actions investigated by, the State of Florida, Secretary of State, Division of Licensing.
